Did not provide knowledgeable counsel, at All. Update: I did get an additional response, after I posted this review, stating they did provide me with answers to my questions. My issue is this: I'm Not an attorney. I'm seeking to address an issue. Please don't give me a boiler plate answer, just to check off boxes to say you completed your task. If you just don't want to take a case, say so. It's a shame when the "lay person/consumer" can Google information your representative Insists...does Not exist.
