Very nice staff, clean and well organized. Great burger at a really nice price point. Rings a little salty but the strawberry lemonade took care of that. Back again, I can't say enough good things about this place

🚨🚨🚧🚧🚧 The customer Service in this Location is Horrible. My wife placed an online order for a Family meal when we arrived to pickup up the food at the designated Time The Food hadn't even been prepared yet. so me and my PREGNANT WIFE had to wait and additional 15 minutes for them to make our order. We then proceeded to our destination which is 17 min away. To find out that our entire order was Wrong my wife called the listed number for the restaurant to speak to a manager and a answering service operator answers. And tells my wife "there is absolutely nothing they can do but feel free to go online to leave a comment" so here we are. I had to drive all the way back for them to fix the order , so four trips 17 min each and a 15 min waiting time for a grand total of an hour and 23 min of my time waisted. because the food expediter didn't check to make sure the order was correct. Ask yourself this what Restaurant functions during operation Hours and uses an answering Service for there main Phone Line?

Everything here is so good!! You can sub any burger for an impossible patty which I love. It's all made fresh to order. The sides, shakes, and beverages are all so good. I come here every time I'm in the area. The service is also exceptional, and the restaurant is always neat & clean.

Good location near Wegmans, with nice indoor and beautiful outdoor spots to eat. Try the Santa Barbara char burger, it is enough to share unless you are super hungry. The fries are unsalted so grab some salt at the condiments bar near the napkin dispenser or ask for salt if you are ordering for pickup. recommended!
