I have been working out twice a week at this Montvale location for over a year. The exercise routines are varied and different each time I took the classes so they would never get boring. The staff and the coaches were very accommodating - they made sure I get whatever I needed to make my workouts productive and rewarding. I highly recommended this place.

I'm so glad I joined Orangetheory Montvale! I was looking for more than just a gym. I needed to be pushed out of my comfort zone and I found the right place. The coaches are great motivators, and the workouts are challenging. The gym is clean, the equipment is in excellent condition, and there are plenty of class times to suit my busy schedule.

Knowledgeable & engaging coaches ( they create accountability by monitoring your form, pace and rooting for you . They take the time to know you as a member . All of the staff are genuine and have friendly personalities ) Intensity - it’s an efficient workout - great cardio , many muscle groups targeted. Good rotation between strength and endurance days. Energizing music that is often synced with high intensity portions of the workout - pushes you forward. I previously went to a traditional gym and I never saw the results I’ve experienced while at OTF Montvale . The coaches , the inclusive culture and the comprehensive workouts differentiate this exercise experience .

The best thing I did was join the Orange Theory Montvale community. Everyone on the team is so kind! Just walking in my day is made by the studio assistants saying hi and asking me how I’m doing. On top of all that all the coaches are so encouraging and push you to reach your goals. I’ve been to several other studios and Montvale is by far superior.
