I had kitchen counters installed 3 weeks ago and besides the stone itself and the installation being decent, I will not use your company for my other two bathroom projects. I could have gotten quartz from anywhere, so this is not regarding the product. The company itself, the customer service that was received definitely makes you believe they do not care if customers are fully happy or not, and wont even return emails to discuss anything post installation. Prior to installation, there was not a single time I called to talk to the project manager that my phone call was answered, over 5 or 6 times. Installation itself was almost 2 hours later than the later time of the 3 hour arrival window with no update throughout the day. Upon the installation crews arrival, they backed their truck on the side of the driveway that has some tree branches hanging down and broke off a tree limb that was left hanging there after they left. And no brackets were left for when my new dishwasher arrives, for me to secure it to the countertop. On top of that, through out the measuring process and even installation, me and my wife were not sure if we wanted a radius on the three external corners or more of a squared edge, so we left it squared just in case we did not like the radius. While the tops were being installed, and we really didn’t like the squared corners, the crew asked why we didn’t round them and mentioned that being we went directly to your company and not subcontracted by Home Depot, rounding the three corners was probably something the company would just come out and take care of as a courtesy. This was also mentioned by the measurer. I understand it was my decision to make the corners squared and then wanted to change it, and this is a business, but the price I was quoted was more than what multiple other places I called around for prices to round the corners! It is clear this company doesn’t actually value the customers or the money they spend with them. To top it off, the project manager has never responded to me about any of these issues after her quote, and no one has reached out after they sent an internal review for me to do about their services! There’s plenty of places I could’ve went to and gotten the same product and I thoroughly wish I did not chose your company.
