I would not recommend living here at Spice Tree Apartments. Not only are the apartments of poor quality, but bug infested. The moving out process was extremely stressful, and not much of the staff is very helpful. 3 months later, and still have not received my entire security deposit back. Having to chase down the management team is not at all a smooth move out process. Do not recommend.

I love the location close to emu, uofm for students and wcc without all the parking hassle on campus. Bus routes nearby too. Affordable housing and an awesome maintenance team! They go above and beyond when I have a maintenance request. The assistant maintenance supervisor Ric makes sure your taken care of and communicates with tenants regarding issues which is very helpful!

I love living at Spice Tree! The girls in the Leasing office go above & beyond to help with any issues. They are friendly & I enjoy going in to chat with them. I would highly recommend living here.

He comes home and discusses how the Spice Tree Team from the Office to the Grounds Keeper are passionate about Customer Service and is grateful to represent a company that makes their tenants comfortable and safe.
