The only person I would speak with was Blanca, she was on point and super professional! Anyone else was trash. They supply a lot of spiritual botanicas, but the stores stopped carrying a lot of their items. Their prices have gone up during the pandemic, and that is understood. Regardless They really need better customer service.

Your secretary is killing your incoming calls by being lazy, a secretary is there to transfer not to pre-qualify business. Maybe 1k lbs is nothing ti you guys. However I'm sure you can agree a simple courtesy goes a long way
