Absolutely never use this parking service. I came back from my trip to find my car moved with a deep scratch along the entire length of the vehicle. All communication went dark a few days after leaving the lot. This place is a total scam - NEVER USE THEM.

Do not park here! They take your vehicle and move it anywhere within the 5 lots across town, I had my car there for 1 week and after picking it up, the power steering was gone! I went to an auto zone and added fluid and found it was leaking. They told me it may be moved across the same lot, but then I found out they take it off site to somewhere else and they have your keys so who knows where they go and what they do with it. I tracked mileage and found 22 mi on my car. Im in process of pursuing legal action now. Not to mention, they took 35 min. For shuttle service. Go to park and fly where you keep your keys and your car doesn't move!!

I didn't see the other reviews before using the service since I found it through way.com instead of Google maps. Indeed if I had I might have paid more and went elsewhere. Overall however, I had a very good experience. I did have problems with the way.com reservations system itself, but that's another story. The only thing that made the experience less than stellar was the lack of specific instructions which sort of left me guessing at what I was doing. The first step is dropping off the car. Basically you just park in the left half of the Hampton Inn lot and then go inside to check-in. Just a few words to that effect in the instructions would have made it a much less confusing process. Once inside - immediately to the left when you enter - you provide your confirmation number and hand over your key and they give you a claim check with a phone number for pickup requests. A shuttle was leaving immediately so no wait for that. Had a little trouble with the pickup request call on the return. One disconnect after they answered, then some problems, connecting at all, then a busy signal, then finally I got through. Partly might have been a cellphone problem. Once connected then told to go up to a door on the departure level. That actually is kind of a good strategy in the evening as there are fewer departures and the baggage claim level is typically very busy and congested then. The pickup had a minimal wait, maybe I was just lucky, but sharing the Hampton Inn hotel shuttle probably helps with the frequency of pickups. The employees seemed helpful and pleasant so no complaints there. So I had a good experience. Good service at a good price.

Not Valet.... Poor signage... Shuttle very infrequent and overcrowded. With more people than seats.
