This review is for Tatiana specifically. For two years I've had a decent experience at Millenial. Not the best customer service, not the best technicians but the convenience and general quality was good. However on my last appt I paid $240 for Aprex X Nails and they literally started coming off the very next day. I was away on work travel, called a couple of times with no answer and assumed that stopping by when I returned would be fine. A different technician clearly saw that Tatiana had added way too much gel in the process which in turn made them come off. The technician called the manager Kendra and asked her for an exception to fix them for me which was granted however Tatiana kept inserting herself into the conversation to the point that the male owner of the salon calls to tell me that instead I needed to pay because they don't have a record of my calls. I spend about $250 a month at this business so to be nickle and dimes over a nail repair was absolutely ridiculous. I will never use Millenial again.

I LOVE Millenial Nails. It took me a long time to find a good nail salon in Bedstuy and relatively close to my place. I’m so happy I ran in to this salon. My go to ladies are Karen and Arlina. They both do amazing jobs with my nails. But overall, all the girls are super friendly and helpful! Customer Service amazing and efficiency amazing.

So, I have been going for several years due to the quality of work (the nail techs be on it and I usually am with Tatiana, who always makes sure I come out looking and feeling amazing. Besos mami! Thank YOU!). However, I would say that customer service has been affected a bit. I've called to book and greetings and energy are very important for a consumer in order to continue at a place of business. I called Friday, 9/30 to book and then called to communicate that i may be about five minutes late. It was a bit disappointing to say the least because I always want to support and recommend folks. The front desk/receptionist didn't feel as welcoming and the last time I went about a month and a half ago was a bit curt. Otherwise than that, the services provided are excellent. Nail techs to the rescue!
