I read reviews of Nancy’s sister always being on phone. But gave her a try anyways Bc she too does nice nails. Well… she was on her phone the entire time & clearly forgot about the picture I showed her of what I wanted. She didn’t do what I wanted. I remained quiet, I paid her & tipped her well. Then quietly brought it to her attention like; thank you but I would like to let u know it’s not what I wanted, but it’s ok 🙂. Well… the “attitude” other reviewers mentioned, came out of her. Like, I said thank you, paid you & tipped you & accepting the work u did. Just accept that u f¥€ked up! Why u mad at me? She replied to me as if I went off on her. When I was actually very calm about it. Very low key about it. No one even knew what was happening until she raised her voice and got everyone’s attention. I was trying to keep it between she and I & now the entire nail salon had eyes on me! I felt very uncomfortable. She got paid & tipped well, she should’ve just accepted she messed up & not make a seen. I’m not a make a seen person.
