Came here to get my daughter’s passport and was helped by the front desk lady. She wasnt helpful and it looked like she was bothered by my daughters just go to the post office

As an authorized passport facility they aren't knowledgeable about the requirements for applying for a passport. I received attitude from the front desk assistant when I explained an original birth certificate was not required given my child had an expired passport. She was adamant that I had to present the original birth certificate to proceed to the passport office. I allowed them to copy the original birth certificate, but removed it. Then, I repeated the same information to the passport office representative. An expired passport is acceptable when applying for a new passport. Everything else went smoothly. Guess what? I received my daughter's new passport without submitting an original birth certificate because I read the requirements listed on travel.gov.

Yes! Please visit the Assessor's Office at the Hanover Township Town Hall (250 S. IL Route 59, Bartlett). The office is open M, W, TH & F 8:30A - 4:30P. The office is open until 6PM on Tuesdays. -Tom

To qualify for the Senior Exemption, the homeowner must be 65 years of age or older. The Township Assessor's Office can assist by calling 630-837-0301 or visit the Town Hall at 250 S. IL Route 59, Bartlett. -Tom
