Review updated 2/15/22; Gay City is a great, Seattle based, LGBTQ friendly establishment. I previously visited Gay City and had a less than ideal experience, however the staff were wonderful about following up and acknowledging my concerns. Happy to support a fantastic organization such as this that does such great work for the Seattle LGBTQ community

No hangups whatsoever. Came in for a routine HIV and STI screen and came back a month later to get on PrEP. The process was simple and straightforward.

An organization that provides much need free STI/HIV testing to men? It does exist. All the volunteers I have come across are very friendly and trained well in discretion and privacy of the client.

Hi Tim. Insurance is not necessary for HIV/STI testing at our Wellness Center. We do accept donations from those that can make them, however. Feel free to schedule an appointment at gaycity.org/Wellness.

Yes, we do! If the library isn't open when you drop them off, try our admin offices behind the coffee shop or our wellness center downstairs
