I was getting there after business hours. They stayed open 25 minutes after officially closing waiting for me. Bought the roast beef. Beef and broth were in separate bags. Did not have to add any seasonings. Fantastic!

I buy the cheese and the beef with aju. I buy my lasagna supplies here as well. So super good eaten fresh. The ricotta tastes amazing I wind up eating spoonfuls..... so good. Anyway stop in and try it you'll be so happy you did.

Have you changed the recipe on the ricotta, it used to be creamy and delicious. I purchased some the other day and it was the consistency Of farmers cheese. It fell apart when applying it to bread and curdled when mixed with other ingredients .

That is usually an indication that the cheese has either too little oil or the cheese is too old.
