We did not end up needing to use Rescue Plumbing's services but I still wanted to leave a review thanking Jay for his excellent service. We noticed a slow leak in our garage that we thought was coming from a plumbing line. Rescue answered first call and was able to come the same day. They quickly discovered the leak was actually coming from a damaged HVAC but still talked us through who to call, what to do, and how to repair the damage. They also provided us with a great referral and answered our millions of questions. It was excellent customer service and we will definitely be calling them next time we need any plumbing help.

No, we don’t charge to come out during our normal business hours (Mon-Sat 9:00am-5:00pm). We do charge a service fee outside of our normal hours (after 5:00pm Mon-Sat).
Yes! We provide same-day plumbing services throughout the Chicagoland area. We strive to get our licensed plumbers out to you as quickly as possible. So they can complete the job in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. On some occasions, such as heavy rain days or when it’s freezing outside, we do get booked quite quickly. So please call us as soon as possible to reserve your appointment.
From the moment you call Rescue Plumbing, we assign the job to a licensed plumber and a licensed apprentice plumber. Our knowledgeable plumbers will arrive in a fully stocked plumbing service van and assess the plumbing problem then give you an estimate for the repair or installation.
