Absolutely!
Only for emergencies, and that's not all the time. We had to go to an animal ER because they couldn't fit us in. Make an appointment.
I don't know about the cost but I know that cats can usually be spayed or neutered when they are 8 weeks or 2 pounds.
I have been taking our dog here for three years for grooming, medical service and occasional boarding. No issues so far. My dog seems to like it there.

Is he scratching his ear or off balance? Do his ears smell? Those are some signs.
