Update! My kitty has recovered better than I ever hoped and is completely back to his normal self. During his recovery process it was never difficult to speak with the vet about any concerns. I couldn’t be happier and wish I could give more stars! TL:DR - staff is very helpful, sympathetic, friendly, timely responses. Vet very knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond to help my cat after I had been to a lot of other places that couldn’t. Highly recommend. After 4 different vet “specialty” groups not being able to help my cat, VCA was able to help him. He needed a revision of his PU surgery. After calling to ask if it was a service they offered, Dr. Velkov, called me back the next day and reviewed everything with me before I had even made an appointment. That is exceptional and I hadn’t gotten anywhere near that service at any other location.- they all insisted I make an appointment (and end up paying to see them only to be told they couldn’t help me) before a vet would speak with me. I’m not sure why the reviews here say the staff isn’t friendly. I found them extremely knowledgeable about the services they offer and very easy to work with and sympathetic to my situation.

The vet staff and vets have been nothing but great! We needed a new vet for my cat would who had a bad ear infection and they got us in super fast and were super informative. We then got a new kitten and they helped us get all the vaccines and get her spayed all within a reasonable amount of time. We have definitely found our new vet❤️

The also have vets for Birds which is not always easy to find. I am completely satisfied with the care they gave to coco.

These questions are answered by customers. I'd suggest calling them.
For most vets, it's in the $200 range - give or take a bit. VCA is good but noisy. Lincolnway is really good and they only have one dog/cat in the waiting room at a time so it's very quiet. I'd call both of them and ask.
They are great! Their staff can handle any size per there.
No appointment required but for a rabies shot you do need to see a doctor so we do recommend an appointment so you'll be seen sooner.
