I visited here for my knee injury after hike. All staff were kind and friendly, and Dr. Savage was extremely kind and knowledgeable. That was the most detailed explanation that I have ever heard. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this primary care office to anyone who needs consultations.

Everyone there (receptionist, MA, doctor, phlebotomist) was extremely friendly and competent. I have only positive things to say about my experience and would definitely recommend.

Did my labs today(Monday). Was told to come in first thing in the morning since I’m fasting. Came in as soon as they opened 8am and was told that I need to have an appt and that the lab don’t open til 8:30 (which was gunna be okay) but then that the next available appt was not til 9:30. Now it is a Monday and I have 2 little kids under 2 and just had my MIL look after them for a little bit before her work. I know this is not the clinic’s problem but when I’m told by my doctor that I can get just walk in and not need an appt but you go ahead and tell me that the I can’t get my labs til 9:30 cause that’s the next appt. then understand my frustration. Anyway, clinic manager came out with the nurse that helped me and I was able to catch them. The manager was able to override it and overheard her saying that it was only one person til 9 that’s why it’s all blocked before that or something. Explained to me that they didn’t open their lab til recently which I don’t really need to know I just want my labs done and not have to ‘schedule’ it even though I was told I didn’t need it. Lady at the lab who took my blood was nice.

Dr. Claire B. Richardson (resident) was fantastic. I saw Dr. Michelle Rappaport a couple of times; she's also good. Jennifer (medical assistant) was always a pleasure to see. Staff are friendly, the office is always clean and inviting, and my care team really went above and beyond for me. Great clinic, tucked downtown. Could not recommend more highly.

When you come up from the light rail downtown, you’ll be at 3rd & University. Walk one block *south* on 3rd to 3rd and Seneca. At that bus stop, catch either the 1 or the D *northbound* (there may be others, but these I know best). Take either to 3rd and Vine stop. Get off and walk *west* on Vine St to 2nd Ave and 1/2 a block south. The building is between Vine and Wall on the west side of 2nd Ave. Proceed to the second floor. (There May be faster routes—try Google Maps or One Bus Away for more details if you need them.)
