Lady named Susan couldn't mix a tintable primer to the color I wanted. Attitude plus. Went to the Menards in Sycamore Wes and Tyler were able to mix the same primer to the exact color I wanted. They took the TIME where this paint "expert" wouldn't. Too bad that this individual in Elgin paint dept. represents an otherwise great store in such a lousy manner.
