Went to pay some bills but encountered nothing but rude workers with poor customer service.... Wondering what could be so bad that these individuals need to speak to people with an attitude. If you don't like your job find another job... Must be an oak lawn thing, from the police department on up to the village.

Building a garage definitely requires a building permit. I'm not certain, but I believe that removing trees also requires a permit. You should call the Building Department for confirmation.
