The phlebotomist was very kind and extremely good at her job! I did not even feel a pitch and was comfortable the whole time. It was also very quick. This was literally the best blood draw I’ve ever had!

I have no idea why i can see some bad reviews . it was my 7 visit and I can say I have already seen all staff working there. Very nice ,polite, profesional phelbotomists. Waiting time 10 minuts (no appointment) and more important - do not feel needle at all. Today experience with Morna Smith -- same way , very polite person doing her job in very proffesional manner. Thats my opinion . 0
