I want to thank Orland Park Cyclery for handling my new bike with care and getting it transported in perfect shape when promised. Thanks for making the transport of my new baby a great experience. I will be sure to recommend you to friends, and when the time comes for another bike, I will definitely use your company again.

Well so far the service has been great. The staff are very welcomming and helpful. Tim the owner is very friendly and outgoing and great to work with. He literally knows everything about bikes. He helped me chose the perfect bike for me. Brice was also very helpful as well when I picked up my bike. He gave me so many tips on how to care for it and clean it that I had to write some things down. They just did a free 60-90 day tune up and modified my handle bars for me. I love my new bike and I'm excited to keep riding and exploring new trails.

I had a very pleasant experience with OPC. In July 2022, I ordered a bike through their website with the expectation there would be a fairly long lead time. Jim was quick to reach out and explain the backorder issue. He also made a few suggestions for comparable bikes they had in-stock, which I could take delivery on quicker. I had a day off on a Friday, so I decided to stop into the shop to check out the shop for the first time. I was quickly greeted by Kurt, who took time to repair brake pads on my old mountain bike I brought with me. Kurt was great to work with and very knowledgeable. While in the shop, I was looking around and spotted a Giant Escape bike which was very similar to the other bike I had on order with the shop. Kurt was helpful with showing me the bike and setting it up for me. I asked Jim if I could swap my online order with the in-stock bike, he made it happen. I was on my way with brake pads on my mountain bike and my new hybrid bike. I would suggest anyone looking for a new bike to manage their expectations. Jim explained there is a lot going on with the bike manufacturers these days, from component shortages to longer lead times. As long as you’re willing to be patient and/or compromise on your bike, you too should have a great experience with OPC. I look forward to working with them for years to come. Keep up the great work! – Will G.

I bought this bike brand new from them and it worked perfectly but unfortunately when they where putting a rack on they ended up scratching the bike. The gentleman said they was a manufacturer defect but I watched them install the rack and saw them scratch the bike. They said it was a scuff but I expected my new bike to be new and undamaged.
