Super great experience. Beautiful items for sale, sales representatives are courteous and professional. I will be visiting again to furnish my new apartment. The man who helped put my mattress was very nice too. 5 ⭐️ RATING .

Two stars for being nice people but my furniture ripped after a couple weeks. Wasn't as described couch goes all the way down and pillows had to all be sewed up by my grandmother. Wouldn't buy from them again..

I paid $400 for a mattress and box spring, and about 2weeks after purchase I was sitting on my bed getting ready for work and my box spring broke. I feel I paid too much for it to just break so easily

I brought a couch from Central furniture when u sit on couch it’s sink n I been complaining over 3 week keep telling me they bringing it and 2 days then say the 1 at warehouse no good what should I do

When we went to your house the first time to inspect sofa we usually have to do a service call in order for the manufacturer to cover warranty for our customers, once service is completed they let us know what is the next step. In your case when they inspected the sofa it looked like wood was broken from the inside which rarely happen so they decided to fix it not to replace it but because we always like to keep our customers satisfied we made the decision of purchasing a new sofa for you even though we didn't have to.The problem was this sofa was in back order and was coming from oversea which because the situation is going on in China it made it really difficult for us to get a replacement quickly. Fortunately according to our office manager your sofa has been replaced, please if you have further question or doubts do not hesitate to contact Vanessa at the store.
