Staff is cold and rude, no one approached us besides giving us water. No one explained the QR system they have, no one offered suggestions or anything. A few years ago they were friendly, but we didn’t eat because of how unprofessional the staff were. Funny, we are coming out of a pandemic that forced a lot of great restaurants to close, and caused employees to lose their livelihoods. This is how Strings staff is behaving? Be grateful your customers are loyal.

Not as good as their other locations. Menu items not available. The item I had at this location was missing some items that were in the same exact dish at other locations. so an incomplete dish from what I was expecting from this chain.

You can only enter the entryway. I believe it is order online only at the moment. You wait behind a table in the entryway and tell them your order details and they bring your order up to the table for you to take.
