Nasty attitude to whatever lady answers the companies phone. Postmates doesn’t allow u to add drink that’s INCLUDED with your nachos and El Pollo Loco won’t give my drink I purchased. You can’t even buy the nachos separately. I buy this meal daily so why is it different today 👎🏾👎🏾 Please get better staff. I know el pollo loco better and I don’t even work there 🙄

Ordered online for curbside pickup. First time at this location Van Buren/Dauchy. We ordered pretty large for the Family. The 16 piece meal with 3sides, 2 chicken burritos, 2 chicken guac burritos, 2 orders of shredded beef birrias, and 2 orders of churros. Everything was there, the grilled chicken was good, the burritos were good, Mac and cheese good. The shredded beef birrias we're awful, they had minimum filling maybe an inch thick with majority of the shell empty, too crispy and very oily, certainly way over priced for this product. Also the churros we're not standard form, more like some type of a bread stick covered in a cinnamon sugar mixed coating. Texture was too soft, not lightly crisped. So, 3 stars for getting majority of the order sub-satisfactory. The negatives need major improvement. . Not sure if we will be going back.

It was a good experience. Great customer service. Very clean location. The I my thing was the portions they gave with my meal was not the correct size. I guess they’re not purchasing the el polo loco containers. They found some person containers to save money. And it’s a smaller size. They need to correct this. Trying to cut cost can be a drag for your customers.

Terrible! I waited in the driveway thru line for my order for over 25m. I get home only to notice that the large size rice was not even half way filled, my chips were missing as well. I tried calling them 5x and no answer. Terrible location and employees. Whomever that girl that was was working the drive thru around 4:30pm.
