We have just begun to move in and already my experience here has been 1,000 times better than any other complex I’ve lived in! The grounds are kept immaculate and the customer service/management goes above and beyond. One of the leasing agents, Katie, was so helpful and welcoming!! She helped us every step of the way and made the process super easy and stress free! I wish there was an option for more than 5 stars because this team definitely deserves it! Couldn’t be happier👍🏼

I recently moved into the Warwick Apartments from out of state. Knowing very little about the Baton Rouge area, these apartments are located in a safe and convenient location which is in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Kati B. the leasing agent that I worked with is awesome! She really made me feel comfortable and worked really hard to make sure things were seamless with my move-in and even after I moved in. Any issues I have had, big or small, were addressed in timely manner. I recommend this property. Go see Kati and she will take great care you!

Apartment does not look like pictures. Toilets are always overflowing & management is unresponsive and rude! Definitely not worth the money.
