I served as the guardian of a gentleman who lived at Warren Barr LP for a little over a year. The staff members truly cared about him and always did their best to brighten his day. In particular, his social worker, Gabriella, always responded to concerns promptly and was a great advocate for him. While some of the rooms are a bit tight, the staff itself makes up for the aesthetics.

I would rate 0 stars. Unfortunately this is not the proper place for loved ones. If you care for them at all you will steer clear of this center. Don’t be fooled by the pictures and neighborhood because you’ll be very disappointed. This center needs to invest some money into this place for better equipment and maintenance. It’s lack thereof shows there is no true interest in quality of life and dignity of the patient. Rooms/interior: poor Food: poor Beds: poor Bathrooms: poor To say my loved one looked very sad upon arrival. It’s almost like they knew they would have a hard time thriving here.

I have 2 family members in residence at Warren Barr Lincoln Park and I find the staffing above par in addressing any issues or concerns. They were amazing during the Covid crisis and are just like extended family when celebrating my relatives birthdays.

There’s no communication whatsoever, there’s no nurse on the entire floor, two room cramped shared, mold ceilings horrible smells in elevator and hallways and rooms very dark lighting it’s gross
