We love this place and specially the apple croissant, but the new hires have drastically diminished the quality of the service to the point we don’t want to come back as frequently as we were used to. They should have more of their products available (can’t find the Apple croissants anymore on weekends!) and have better training to the new employees.

Macarons were so so hard and dry and tasted really old. I’m usually a huge fan of Vanille macarons, the ones at the French Market at the train station have been my favorite in Chicago for years. I’ve also had them at this location before a few years ago. These were totally disappointing :(

Yes the patisserie specialist there are pretty nice to the customers and are very knowledgeable about the product They are very pleased to accommodate you for the visit I recommend calling and scheduling a tea it's nice sometimes they have byob 1 every 2 guests idk how often that is happening but definitely go for it .

Hand sanitizing when you enter, social distancing, masks required, designated entrance and exit, and plexiglass on the displays. Really great set up!
They're all good. Lincoln Park seems to have more selections though. Hyde Park is also great spot.

About 2 miles. A great walk esp if you go thru the Gold Coast and Lincoln Park. Or, it's well worth the Lyft ride.
