I am still amazed by the great experience I had with O'Hare Towing and the professionalism Michael demonstrated. He really put me at ease during a stressful evening of my car breaking down. After the unreliable services my insurance tried to send, O'Hare came shining through. Michael is the person you would want assisting your 16 year old kid or 80 year old parent if they had a roadside issue. The cab of the truck was so clean and so safe and Michael was so courteous.

From Frank P. Good Sam sent me O’Hare towing. It took a while to get a truck to me but, Eric was fantastic. He is smart, professional, courteous and a real credit to your company. Personally, if I were you I’d give him a raise. Eric also had Miguel assist with transportation for my family. He was also a real gentleman and a pleasure to be around. I was very stressed over having lost my key fob while on vacation. I landed at O'Hare airport late at night, had to get a rental car to drive 3 1/2 hours home, then try to figure out how to get my car to a dealership for a new fob. The dealership recommended towing company was of no help. I called O'Hare Towing and they were so helpful and followed up frequently with updates!! They really relieved a lot of the stress of the situation. Customer service was excellent.

A guy bought a car from us that didn't run and he used O'Hare Towing. The driver pulled out of our driveway and really trashed our neighbors yard. Very unhappy with this service. There are ruts almost a foot deep in the grass. Update, I got an email saying they are going to come out and fix it.
