I just don't understand why they are so rude at this office. I am a very friendly person and respectable. But to be rude just because it's unacceptable. Customer service needs a big improvement. 7 years of this is ridiculous!

so you get a bill it states it's due by a certain date you pay it on that day and the village still charges you a late fee they are full of it then when you ask to speak with a supervisor you get hung up on you website says nothing about having to make a payment before your due date it states on your bill that if you pay after your due date you have a late fee

Never can reach a person. No one returns phone calls 😒 Called at 9:42 am and message says office closed. Says opens at 9:00 am..... Frustrating when trying to follow up on requests for aging parent...... 😒
