Extremely slow service for a rather empty store and the order wasn’t as desired either.. not consistent with starbucks taste experienced before. Clean store however with clean bathrooms.

Ordered venti cold brew, paid for a venti cold brew and got grande Idk how they do it. Probably just trynna save time idk, never coming back to this location.

Wow. Talk about the nicest people...even during the most stressful times of the day. I am getting my Masters degree, and I jump between campuses and labs (finishing thesis with other students involved, only I can't enroll till next year). Needless to say I sometimes look like a bum. I always need water, and I always need to get my work done using Starbucks WiFi. I have a part time job, too....so I make a LITTLE money. But definitely not enough to survive alone. And there are days where appearances are not kept as they should.....with me, that is. They don't care. They always treat me like a human being...something quite a few surrounding businesses can take note of as well. I can't thank these people...manager and workers all included..... enough for doing their job with a smile. It definitely helps. It's not just me, either. They have a smile for everyone who passes through that door. They made me an iced tea/lemonade/pomegranate/mango dealy. Oh my God. It was so good, and I crave it daily. This, and Sweet Dreams yogurt are the best places to be when I just get paid, and I need to study.

Every time I come to this location I always wait over 10 minutes even when I order ahead. The staff never works with no sense of urgency a lot of talking, I should not have to go on Roosevelt just to get my items when it's a Starbucks close to me, I would not be complaining if this was not often but it's all the time.
