Hi this place is really nice! The doughnuts are really good! The people here are really nice too! I will definitely come back ❤️

Bad people skills all around. The tea was basically lightly flavored ginger water. The fox news blaring on the TV is super annoying.

Not impressed with their customer service. Came in with my 3month old puppy who was on a leash because they weren’t accepting online orders so I simply could not just pick up. Asked if I could just pay for my drink and step outside because I didn’t have anyone with me to watch my dog. The guy at counter says” no we had a really bad dog fight here and I don’t want problems” I don’t understand what that has to do with my puppy especially because there were no other dogs at all. I just want to pay and step outside as I was next in line but I’ll take my money elsewhere. First time here and last, you can tell by the way the owner responds to 1 star reviews he doesn’t understand how to give customer service but just be bitter and mean.

There are only a few tables, so I don't think that one should work there for an extended period, but it is a good environment for checking emails over coffee, etc.
They have good practices to help prevent Covid. Outdoor seating with some heaters, the have been leaving 1 large garage door open instead of their regular door and use another door for an exit to keep people from crossing. There is online or in person ordering using an outdoor line. Customers wear masks and mostly wait outside (I think they are inside to pay) so overall doing well to keep it low risk. Food and online orders are behind glass, again keeping risk lower. Love this place.
Hello Bryant. Yes we are black owned family owned.
Yes
Yes. But you have to jump the curb. Seriously they haven't got the ramp done yet. It will be on the side of 18th street once done.
