Oddly located slightly to the Northeast of Gardner (in between Gardner, Braceville and Braidwood). Overall it looks like a quite well planned neighborhood with a country atmosphere and the preview photos on the website shows decent sized rooms and great washer/dryer hook ups. Worth me visiting the site and finding out how I can use section 8 voucher program towards the rent payment upon a physical check?

Not a bad place for a starter rental- chearper then most two bedroom appartments. Lots of newer trailers, if you want to pay a little more. They also allow dogs and cats for a upcharge. But sometimes it takes awhile to get things fixed.

Prices vary. It's judged on the year of the home, how many beds and bath there are and a/c. I believe they have a website available with inventory of homes available. Pets would be an additional price not only with deposit but monthly. I'd suggest shopping around for renters insurance prices, you will need that before signing the lease along with pets vaccination records. It wouldn't hurt to look up the flood zone, as well. Hope this helps!
Hello, If we have for rent or to buy. The rental cost for the pure hourly lot is $520 per month. If you have any other questions please let us know.
$510 lot rent if you own the mobile home, up to $875 if you rent the home on the lot.
My father will be selling his within the next month.
It is very good place to live. Very quiet. Trailers are in great shape. They usually have appliances expect washer and dryer. The guy that tuns the place is very good. He keeps it clean.
I know that there is a bunch of newer trailers available. The rent includes water trash and sewer. Its very quiet here. They do have activities throught the year. We have been here for almost a year now. Not sure if you have kids but there are kids out here. The schools are great. Talk to Eric he is the park manager and will help you out.
If u buy trailer lot rent is around 500.00 if you rent it's around 700.0.0. Not sure if there is a increase yearly. If u own u also have to pay the taxes which is about 100.00 a year.
