Great customer service, great people all around, however I have to single out Tyler, Paul and Zonje for their outstanding professionalism. Needless to say I am a satisfied customer.

This dealership refused to fix my car that's under warranty, I was told to go to my purchasing dealer in another state by service dept, will also send complaint to ford regarding Bull Valley refusing to work on warrantied cars.

I would post a 0 if I could. Save yourself the time and take your business elsewhere. I bought a vehicle from these guys on a Friday, or so I thought. I wired them the funds the same day. After the funds cleared on the following Tuesday I called them to see about delivery, but they had sold the vehicle to somebody else, most likely for more $$$. Unbelievably bad business practices being executed here. I wish I could say that's where the clown show ended. The salesman, Clint, then flat out refused to wire the money back and informed us that he would send a check, having skipped the step of asking who and where to send it to or even if that was ok with us. Unreal. Never once during the entire fiasco was Clint or the sales manager Paul even a little apologetic.
