Truly grateful to Dan and David for all they did to help me with an LED sign my daughter purchased thru Amazon, (not Dan’s) for her sister’s Gender Reveal party would not turn on. We were desperate to find someone knowledgeable enough to trouble shoot why the sign would not turn on. I found Dan’s True Color’s on my internet search. After explaining my situation they were gracious enough to have us come by to see what they could do. Dan then a little later David worked to figure out why the sign wouldn’t turn on. After about 30 minutes of diagnostics they figured out the issue. These gentlemen were so generous with their time. They never made me feel as if I was wasting their time. As I mentioned I DID NOT purchase this sign from Dan. After they put everything in working condition I asked how much I owed them. To my surprise Dan said he was happy to help and wouldn’t charge for fixing it. Interestingly their company name turned out to be a reflection of their business practices. Their “True Colors” are the best. Thank you again to both of you for helping us out. You saved the day. I hope that anyone looking to have a neon sign made will contact them. Thank you!
