Katy location and this location are totally different vibes. Stopped in tonight and the owner is extremely rude. I’ve never seen someone talk to their customers the way he does and did. The place is dirty, not welcoming and you feel like you’re bothering them anytime you ask for something. It wasn’t a friendly experience and I wish I had read the reviews prior to eating at this location. The Katy location was better in my experience and worth the drive. Plus there’s awesome food trucks in katy you could try as well. So it’s a win win.

Reporting them. They have bad reviews stating their issues constantly and they rather be horrible to the community that keeps them in business DONE ORDER THE pastelitos and a soda because they will claim you’re someone else and will cancel your order. Reporting this business, especially after reading the other reviews. This doesn’t seem like new behavior for these rude people. They’re canceled and order for no reason. When I called Uber than them to see why. They claimed I was someone else. They have extremely bad business practices and shouldn’t be open. Why are you even accusing people and canceling orders because of whatever transpired.

If you don't want to have a bad time, don't go to this place. I recommend you go to Sabor Maracucho in Katy or to the FoodTruck Chinita Lago y Puente that is on Westheimer a few blocks from it. It looks great but it deceives with the despotic and sulky attention of the staff. They use old bread that is apparently expired, the content is bland and in small quantities. You should report them to the FTC.

Today I went with my family to share some time and eat Venezuelan food. My husband and I ordered at the register and the gentleman who served us served us in an obnoxious and rude manner. When they gave us the bread with cheese they were super small, they looked like a children's party and even so we decided to eat them so as not to have to fight. When we went to eat it, the bread was super stiff. My husband went to tell the cashier (owner) and he snatched the trays with the bread out of his hands. We asked for the refund and super apathetic employees. The man is rude and arrogant. If you want a good Venezuelan food and that is quality price, this is not a good option. THEY NEVER SHOWED US THE SIZE OF THE BREAD AS THEY SAY! What liars!
