We came to do transactions but there was bad conversation by one of the supervisors with customer because the supervisor was wrongly defending her worker who had made mistakes and the customer was charged twice for some transactions so the worse supervisor and the worker was also claiming that I am the boss and no one can direct her but other lady was also claiming that she also boss and supervisor. This shift who was working specifically these two ladies are the worse but other are polite … 6:45PM to 7:00 Pm . 10/31/2023

In this place some of the people are the worse one ever, especially last night there was one impolite lady and then her supervisor more worse than her. Instead of service she was blaming the customer for her own mistakes because one the customer had written amount to be sent but she sent the amount in many cases instead of one and she charged the customer extra as well as she was very impolite with him… The person asked see what I have written to you over the page and she was telling in shouting voice that she threw away the piece of paper and she does not care for it. The time was 7:00 PM evening 10/31/2022. Her supervisor was also the most impolite because instead to handle the situations politely she was wrong arguing…. Many guys came out of the shop due to the supervisor bad attitude… might be the other people working would be good but this supervisor was the worse that I ever have seen..

I had a very rough day at this location. One of the PLS workers was extremely rude. She messed up with my transaction, and I paid the fee double because of her mistake. I wrote the receiver’s name and the amount on the piece of paper, but she entered the wrong amount into the system because she kept talking on the phone and did not pay attention to provided info. Her behavior was like a street dog, even though she called herself the boss of that branch.
