The customer service from the donation workers was terrible. Absolutely no concern for the people they’re supposed to be serving. I’ve always used goodwill because they’re convenient but I am forever boycotting this for profit organization. I’m gonna spend the extra 30 minutes to donate to nonprofits that care about the community they’re supposed to be serving.

They rejected our donation of dining room chairs that were used and had some stains, but equivalent or in better shape than all the other furniture being donated that day at least. They seem to randomly determine what is unsellable based on how much work they have to do. I have donated so much to them throughout the years and never had a problem until today. Hopefully it is just one employee who is the bad apple. Very sad.

Wow!! Cool stuff, nice balance if items including good selection of furniture to be found.

The Ballard Goodwill is so well organized, neat and tidy great selection, too. The clothing is sized and colorized, and there is a good mix of choices. I loved the home section, so many unique pieces. And though the prices felt a bit high, I scored a near-new 6qt pressure cooker for $12!

Yes, they do accept provided they are stain free and in good condition.
They do. The drive-through donation center will take them.
Yes they do have a sevice but u need too call the and talk too the manger
Yes
Absolutely. Heads up - the drop off line is busy so it's best to get there early as possible to donate.
Hard to say. I got there 2 Fridays ago 10 minutes before opening and there were already 30 cars ahead of me. It took about an hour to get through
They have a $1.49 color tag sale every monday.
As long as they aren't broken
They'll take whatever you have, that's in useable condition.
Yeah they do
Absolutly not!! It is so disrepectful!!! NO DOGS I HATE DOGS NOOOO
Yes they take everything!!
Store was open yesterday, received a text recently about drop offs being closed or limited times
I agree
Most Goodwills don't take furniture especially if it is damaged in any way.
Yes, but a better place to find TV is on 100 the an Aurora next to the terriki place
Yes, depending on condition this item could be an online auction item for Goodwill. However, they may not be able to handle explosive materials like the oil and gas in the engine. So... Better call and ask different stores what their mangers say.
Every day.
Yes. You can view their calendar at https://seattlegoodwill.org/sales-and-events.
Usually about hour before they close
I moved here from Chicago about 20 years ago and one of the first things that I noticed was that stores and even restaurants close early. it still startles and frustrates me sometimes. Who knows why? It is a Seattle mystery.

This location sells a lot of furniture, so i expect they would take it.
Ive certainly seen monitors and speakers and printers there.
Goof off
Ballard good will does have sales on colora, but idk if they are for certain days or it's it's random, but they should have a schedule there you can paruse and decide when to go. Even if they don't I've found some really good scores there under 10 bucks.
Try hocking them on Craigslist, people always looking for cheap mattresses
