Twice every couple months if that. Its only to bring a cart in or bring one out. And they direct traffic when the arms down. Thats on l street. J has not been used for a few years atleast
If you need a dumpster for residential trash. You can order one from the Richmond City Sanitation Department for under $10. If it is for building materials call the Recycling Centers office for pricing.
