I would like to donate a 2HP Honda outboard motor to Goodwill. It worked last year, but I could not get it to start this year. I think anyone who is handy with motors can probably get good use out of it. Is this motor something that Goodwill wants?

Yes, depending on condition this item could be an online auction item for Goodwill. However, they may not be able to handle explosive materials like the oil and gas in the engine. So... Better call and ask different stores what their mangers say.
