Extremely POOR customer service!!! You could not PAY ME to give this place a single dollar if my hard earned money!! I don’t expect any business to bend over backwards for me…but the nonchalant, dismissive way that they conduct business, was too much for me. It’s a hard no for me!!!

Crash Champions did a great job repairing my car’s rear bumper and for less than the estimate too. I was impressed with the level of service I got; they went above and beyond to answer my concerns with the switch to new management and the forms I had to sign. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Poor communication. Euro Collision were purchased by Crash Champions and they no longer work on Teslas. But they never told me or my insurance that after I drove in to get an estimate. A 30 second call would have been appreciated.

I can't comment on the quality of their repair work, but they need to do a better job communicating with customers. I made an appointment with this collision shop to get an estimate for repairs on my Tesla. When I contacted them, they said they were busy and they wouldn't be free for about a month to have my car in for an estimate. Given that they generally have good reviews, accept my insurance, and the nearest Tesla-owned collision shop is 30 miles away from me and had even less availability, I didn't mind waiting. Also, this shop is actually listed on the Tesla Web site as a certified Tesla repair shop, and they initially told me when I made the appointment that they do repair Teslas. Fast forward 3 weeks later, they call me out of the blue and leave a message that they'll have to cancel my appointment saying, "WE DON'T FIX TESLAS." Why they couldn't tell me this 3 weeks ago and not waste my time waiting for my appointment, I don't know. Luckily, I found another collision repair shop in Chicago that fixes Teslas and they were able to get me in the next day for an estimate.
