I was very disappointed. I reserved a large SUV, I reserved a month ahead and asked for a Suburban, I was told not a problem, it may be a Yukon XL or a Ford exposition XL. I was fine with all of them, I called the day before to make sure, and was told it would be waiting for me, well it wasn't. The only SUV they had was a Volkswagen SUV much smaller. And I had to come back it wasn't even on the lot! We were going to the Florida keys for my daughters wedding, so you can imagine we had a lot of stuff it did not fit and we had to have another couple take down the extra's. The people in the office were trying very hard to find us something big enough, however that was just not what I needed at the last minute for a wedding! If I do rent from them again I will go in the office the day before and make sure it will be there! I get a discount through my job and it was prom weekend and I can't help but think I was just not as important as someone paying full price.

Best customer service ever. They worked well with the autobody shop. Everything worked seamlessly. Brittany and Ashley were knowledgeable and helpful and cheery. The rental car was well-maintained and I hated to give it up (Nissan Altima) Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The vehicles is always clean and maintained drive well and I never have a mechanical issue, the rides so smooth I want to purchase the vehicle, enterprise vehicles rides better than a brand new vehicle. I love renting from enterprise.

Reserved a Nissan and they brought me a Volkswagen SUV and I was told it is the same thing. They gave me the rental with the gas being on E and told me to make sure it is clean but when they gave it to me the car wasn't clean. I was told they were meeting me at the body shop at 1:00 and they showed up a little after 1:30. Customer service sucks and I had to call for a close out receipt more then once.

It never happened to us i will rent from them check and inspect car with them to make sure their not responsible
