Was a nice pleasant experience. It only took them a couple hours to take out the old sterio and put a new one in. Also with new speakers. Since some were broken.

I've being looking for a radio with installation for my work truck, after checking some of the big box stores online I found a radio but installation was becoming an issue with appointments anywhere from 7 to 10 days out. My wife suggested I check out some of the independent stores in our area. I found Dr. Car Audio a short drive from my home. Alex greeted me as I walked in and asked what features I wanted with the radio and within minutes found a radio (price comparable to online). I asked about installation and he stated "about 30 minutes". Half hour later I'm leaving with a newly installed radio (saved about $50 vs the box stores). Alex is very friendly and knowledgeable but he sets the bar for service. I definitely recommend Dr. Car Audio and won't hesitate going there again.
