Ardent tech it solutions seems to be a respectable establishment that takes their job seriously & gets it done well. Though it did seem to take a while to solve my specific issue due to it’s rarity, Heri (The gaming technician) did a good job. However due to his hours he could not work on my rig as soon as I got the part I required. In turn this added a significant amount of time to the repair time, though it is not his fault that this happed. From what I believe Heri has worked with computers for a long time & is very experienced, & I’m certain he got the job done as quick as he could, professionally. I trust Ardent to fix any problem I encounter with my desktop for the forceable future, though I think that $60 is a tad bit high for when it comes to fan installation.This was Ernesto & thank you for the service, keep up the great work!

I’m sorry to hear about your hard drive failure. What type of data (i.e. documents, quickbooks files, photos, etc.) would you like to recover?
This repair can be pricey. Call around and purchase screen and body protectors for it.
