This is in regards to their veterinary clinic. By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had is dealing with their exploitative business practices, and down right negligence. My family has had their pet insurance/care package for YEARS- and even that doesn't garner decent care from this establishment. My experience with my own dog a few years back was horrible enough, when I was met with an almost $600 bill to put down my 13lb Westie. But today, today went too far. The eldest dog in my household collapsed this morning, which of course sent us rushing to the emergency vet. Within the panic, my first instinct was to call royal pets and retrieve her most recent blood work, and any pertinent notes that may have explained why today's event happened. Three calls later, no answer, so we went into the emergency room with nothing but what we had seen happen this morning. Several hours after we brought her home, after making the decision to not do lab work, as we were under the impression that Royal Pets had drawn RECENT labs... I get an email this evening showing that her last labs were drawn almost a year ago. I find this out after my aunt was convinced to place our pet on an extensive list of pain medication over the last two months. Medication that under any circumstance should require current, up to date lab work that would confirm the pet can handle pain meds. But, because of their negligence, our 13 year old bulldog has been placed on meds with some unfounded confidence from labs that are almost a year old- And this negligence and over zealous confidence in her "puppy like" labs, lead us to make a possibly fatal decision to not have labs drawn today. Under any circumstance, labs should be updated every three to six months when it comes to high dosage pain medication. That has been my experience with every other vet I've been to, and yet Dr. Nobuki seemed fine disregarding that and pushing pain meds with no clear foundation of our dogs current internal health. This negligence disgusts me to no end, and the fact that this is a normal, acceptable practice at this establishment is deplorable. I'll never take another pet here again. They're over priced for a pathetic attempt at Healthcare. It's obvious that they don't care for these pets like a vet should.

We tried different pet boarding places in the area and the only one that our dog really enjoys it's Royal Pets! We can tell when we walk her inside that she enjoys being there. Also, the Vet services are top notch with fair prices. We needed medication for our Fur Baby and they took care of it really fast. Super professional and friendly staff. Definitely reccommend a 1000%!!

They have more elusive brands of food, specifically cat treats. They have way more new freeze dried and raw foods that the competitors still don't have stocked. They're always helpful & friendly, and have cool accessories and toys for cats that other pet stores don't have. Prices are ok, but their selection is incomparable. Love this store.

I want to thank the manager Cristian for referring me to Royal Pets. When my vet couldn't get me in right away Royal Pets did. There was no wait. Dr. Nobuki was so great with my two little fur babies. They absolutely loved being there. When I walked in I wasn't expecting it to be so big or for them to offer so much. Royal Pets is definitely a one stop shop. This makes it so convenient for people like my self that work all the time. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Royal Pets!
