I buy the beef sticks and send them to my grandson in Oklahoma. He is crazy about them. We have gotten HB, sausage, pinwheels, roast, bacon, ( I recommend the market cut),rib-eyes & chicken & everything has been absolutely amazing. Staff is outstanding. Thanks for being in the community.

Dry sausage isn't what I expected isn't supposed to be dry not soft in the middle.,I'm very disappointed cause dry sausage is supposed to be hard or firm not soft like regular sausage.,not going back.

I bought the $129 package of meat and I’ve always bought my meat at the meat market in New Braunfels where I got ALL FRESH MEAT wrapped in front of me. I was in Marion and decided to go to Penshorns and was VERY UPSET that ALL THE MEAT FROM THE BUNDLE WAS FROZEN…. I have never been to a meat market where they give you bundles of meat that is frozen. I will not go back to the store and I’m not a happy customer.

They always have prices on all of their meats and they way things are right now they have good meat packages for all kinds of budgets
You can substitute any one item for anything thing of equal value or you can just pay the difference if it's a little over

I haven't seen any grass fed beef specifically advertised or marked here, however I'm sure you could buy some beef bones from them for bone broth.
Not that i have ever seen. But they have excellent beef steaks and good beef and pork sausage
I don't know but i really like the meat and products they sell especially the armadillo eggs and the pin wheels
