WORST. Never been so disrespected and insulted than I was by this shop. For the crime of telling the counter person that I had NOT called the shop M-F and talked to the crew in the back actually making the repairs (because why would I? that's literaly his job) and then coming in to the store to claim my item, he threatened to call the police on me, threw me out of the store, locked me out, and refused to let me pay to just get my shoes back. I was talked over, screamed at, threatened, and made to physically leave the store twice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I live close to another competitor but prefer doing business with these people. While the cost of repair can be high, I'd rather take care of my shoes that were made in Italy. Everything these days is made in China and not made to last. Their repairs are always done well and last. Their employees are friendly and courteous.

This place is an Authorized Repair Center for Samsonite. I had a rip in my suitcase and Chris took it in and gave me clear expectations of how the process works. Unfortunately, Samsonite decided to not approve repair and to just do replacement of like similar style. Thanks Chris for your help!

If anyone can fix it, they can. They will need to evaluate it in person to really be sure.
