The company messed up an order for shirts. They used the wrong color for a design that was sent to them. They said that they sent proofs of the design. When you look at the proof it matched the color scheme we had which was a gold/yellow color. But the 100 shirts they printed came out looking basketball orange. They said we approved the proof which clearly looks gold/yellow and doesn’t even match the colors when you look at them side by side. In short they didn’t want to own their mistake and blamed me as the customer saying it was our fault that we didn’t specify that when looking at the proofs. But you can clearly tell it was yellow in the proofs. Never going back their again.
