I applied here with all my experience in the position I wanted you would think i get an offer? no I got rushed through the interview and a girl with lighter skin with no experience gets hired in? And now I hear you are complaining about short staff? Maybe you shouldn't judge people on how they look and judge us on our experience in the position I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy HR very unprofessional

Would never send my parent here after the talk I had with the Director. She seemed not to care about my worries for my mother. She also wreaked of bad perfume, a very alcoholic smell. If you get what im saying. That left a bad taste in my mouth. On a daughter's intuition I would never send my mother there!

I want to thank the care center on a job well done…my husband who suffers from dementia had an appointment and was escorted by Cathy from The Normandy. The appointment took longer than expected and Cathy was able to communicate with him in such a kind and caring way that kept us both calm. She was also vital in communication with office and nursing home regarding his care. I couldn’t have done without her.
