A friend of mine's took their mother to this particular nursing home they sent their mother home knowing that they did not give proper care without any Oxygen that she needed they were supposed to order the oxygen and never did right away she had to go back into the hospital do yourself a favor do not let any of your relatives go to this nursing home Plus the lady that went into the nursing home came home with sores on her leg this is bad care

Once abound a time there was Kim, Tonji, Jennifer that were the top dogs of theses place and did an amazing job running the place! Till one day Jennifer got promoted to head of therapy over all O'Neill so they promoted Casey Rainey to DOT Director of therapy O'Neill Healthcare Lakewood who I love some much! Then there was Kim the chief admin she moved on to another facility much smaller and there was the DON Tonji they were all amazing and awesome When Tonji and Kim realize they were burn out they step down and promoted Nicole Tillmen as the new DON (Director of Nursing) and Casey Rainey as the New Director of therapy and brought in new comer and upcoming champion Samatha as the new admin! Brought back Mandy Jackson as skilled unit manager this most recently stay was WAY different then any stay I experienced I knew there was change and I was sure what to expected but to my surprise they change was amazing and awesome the biggest change was the attitude of the aides they were amazing caring loving and an experience to died for AIDES that actually did there job and care about it! I couldn't thank you them enough for a job well done a client for LIFE!!!! I been to alot of nursing home as a patient in my life time more then I care to admitted but with that said and done there no perfect one per say but O'Neill Healthcare Lakewood is truly the best your going to get to World Class Care Perfected!

10/10 would highly recommend! Great assisted living facility & staff. I never have to worry about my Mom being bored. I can tell she's very well taken care of because I always see her so happy.
