My man Luis was on point. I had an issue with TalkBack feature on my phone. It took him 30 seconds! (EDIT: In addition, I went back to this Verizon store just yesterday and met up with Christian. He was a chill dude that really knew his stuff. I had issues with my Google Pixel 3 recording a revised voicemail and he settled it in a snap. Moreover, I had an occurrence with taking Snapshots from my phone and he resolved that too. Keep this guy around, Verizon, he's good!)

Had a great experience. Went in for liquid glass on my screen and some questions about a possible upgrade in phones. Never one felt pressured or given the hard sales pitch to upgrade. Very easy going. When I do decide to upgrade, I'm going here

Brianna was great!! She made us feel so comfortable about understanding our promotion, telling us about the new features of our phone, and made it so convenient to walk out of the Verizon store ready to use our phones. The rest of the staff helped out whenever needed and were very pleasant as well.

Luis is a veritable forest of knowledge. He comes fully equipped with a great sense of humor, too. Edemir and Stephanie are both very professional and possess the ability to build quality relationships with customers. I only wish there was more they could do in regards to the Verizon Corporate details.
