I have been trying to communicate with them for days and they do not respond, the list they sent me with what they took from the car does not have my child's tablet or Apple brand headphones. It cannot be such a coincidence that the most valuable thing is what according to them was not there. More than annoying. The sheet says that I have to go to a webside to make an appointment to be able to pick up the webside things that do not open for me.

My wife's wallet was in the Glove Box, they checked it and took out the License and the Debit card, I will file a complaint because it should not stay that way, they are not supposed to grab the belongings

People where surprisingly nice, I was expecting hell when I read the reviews but it's not there fault I didn't make my car payments some of you act like babys, also they didn't charge me to get my personal belongings and none of my stuff was stolen
